Don’t shrink for yourself.
Don’t split yourself off into good and bad parts.
Don’t decide there are aspects of you that are worthy of love and respect and others that are not.
Don’t cut yourself into pieces and rank them by value.
Don’t speak poorly about who you were when you were younger.
Don’t create some divide in your psyche and pretend it’s self-love, or coming home, or growing up.
You are not pieces of a thing, some to shrink and some to grow.
You are an ocean, endlessly churning, changing, shifting, forever becoming and unbecoming, forever expanding and falling in on yourself.
Only your wholeness is real.
