Can I return an item? Yes, please see our full return policy here.

How long will it be before I receive my order? Your order will usually be shipped wihin 3-10 business days. Many malas are made to order and require additional time, please see the individual item page for details. For more information on shipping read here.

How do I care for my jewelry? Your gems are precious, please take care of them! Exposure to water, lotions, body oils, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive heat and humidity and cleaning agents may cause discoloration and affect the finish of the jewelry. Please read full care instructions here.

How should I care for my mala? We recommended that all of our Malas be cared for as the sacred item that they are. When you are not using or wearing the Mala, it is best to keep it in a Mala bag. This will help protect your Mala from breaking. Do not wear your Mala while bathing, showering, swimming or exercising. We do not recommend wrapping your Mala around your wrist. These things could weaken your Mala and cause it to break prematurely. If your mala tassel gets unruly simply take damp fingertips and run them over the strands, smoothing them. What if my tassel breaks? Tassels can come apart with wear. If you would like to know if your tassel can be repaired or replaced, please email me here.

How do you infuse the jewelry with mantras? All malas are hand knotted while a specific mantra is recited over and over. On average each mala takes 90 minutes to make - that's a lot of mantra time! Crystal jewelry and bracelets are also made while the mantra is recited and often come into meditation with me for more mantra. I have found that the energy of the crystals is very receptive to the mantras and "absorbs" the vibration of the sound current. This pairing of sacred sound vibration with the energies of the stones really does create a powerful frequency you can feel. Additionally, all jewelry is treated with healing Reiki before it leaves for its recipient.

I can’t find an item that I saw last week, what should I do? We have many limited edition items, in some cases, we are able to recreate limited edition and retired styles. Contact us, we’ll let you know if an item will come back, or add you to our waiting list.

Are all Malas the same length? No they are not. Please see the individual product descriptions for lengths.

I just placed an order and I want to change it or add to it? You can change your order or add as long as we haven’t already sent it out! Simply email us with your contact info and we will gladly help you. 

I need to cancel my order, what do I do? Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not already shipped. Please email us with details. 

My order will not go through, what do I do? Try refreshing your browser cache as a first step. It is also a good idea to verify that all of your shipping and credit card information is entered correctly. For our international customers, you may have to call your credit card company to let them know it is you using your card. Still having troubles? What should I do if I did not receive an order confirmation? Check your spam. Worried you may have entered the wrong email address? Contact us, we’ll look into it promptly.

Will my jewelry look the same as in the picture? Each piece of jewelry is hand made. Each piece will vary due to its uniqueness. Our stones are all natural gemstones, making each one unique in colour, vibration and property. Your mala is unique like you are, and we hope that you embrace the individualism of each piece.
